My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but I found it difficult to keep the room cool enough for a good night's sleep. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some moments that seemed unprofessional. The location was excellent, near the mall and other entertainment options. The dining experience was less than satisfying with limited options, and the prices seemed a bit high. However, the facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and very clean, but upon arrival to our room, it was very dirty with hair from the previous guest in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The service was friendly overall, but not very efficient when assistance was needed. The location was excellent, right by the mall and other places to eat and shop.
